1: Smaller = better, really there is no reason to have a large sig or avitar, I'm in the processes of making my self a better one.

2: Animations are a bad Idea in general to me because they make the website take longer to load which is bad for everyone, so the fewer the frames the better, people still do it so it's not unacceptable, but it's still irritating.

Think of the whole thing from the angle that the more restricted you are and the better you do, together make it worth while.

3: Err, duno, some people might charge for one, I couldn't make one unfortunately.
