[Tutorial] Posing Help
1) if you was in the air, flowing up there, and going down, raise your shoulder. when you get over the ground, lower your shoulder, so this will make you stand up a bit so you can make the pose.

2) if you was sleeping on the floor (not sleeping, but on the floor), rotate your chest into right/left and contract the elbow of the hand that is going to touch the ground. after that, go extend your elbow, and use SHIFT+P to make the frames go 1, 1, 1. in every 1 frame passes, relax your elbow, if you will re-get on the ground, extend it. stay doing thaaaaaattt till you go stand up. and then, try to mess around your tori joints (legs most of all) to get a nice pose.

3) to make your pose look sexy more, extend your pecs and lower your shoulders, so it would be more cooler. or relax your pecs, shoulders, elbows and wrists.
