How do i send someone a texture?
If i send him a texture do i have to buy a new one?

Yea you hve to buy a new one then
If you mean the art
You can send the art with for example www.tinypic.com
in pm or mail or something like that

if you send the item, use transfer item
if you want to send the texture e.g emo head blah blah pm the guy you want to send and use insert image

Upload the image at Photobucket or imageshack then PM the person the link if you you're sending the image.. If you're sending the item, go to item transfer or safe trade with the person.
