what exactly do u mean with "videos" ? do u mean a .gif animation like a spinning head?

yes,how are people able to post stuff like spinning heads?

first off all u have to make the animation as it self. this depends which program u use. either Gimp(only missing here is that u have to save it as .gif) or Photoshop...
then u go to an imagehsoter, like imageshack and upload it there. (maybe it didnt worked because u used tinypic, dunno much about the diffrences off all the imagehoster websites.)
and then it should work.

Ok,i don't know what you mean. But if you want make an Spinning head gif,same use a progam called Gimp,you don't need tutorial to it... But,if you want put an video on post,you need upload in youtube,and click in youtube >>

do u know how to make spinning head in gimp ?
if not Follow this steps:
1) Open that head which u want to spin
2) then go filters>>animation>>spinning globe
3)just set it up as u like
4) if u done click file Export to... (newest version) then just type name.gif save it
and then find some image hosting like imageshack.us or either photobucket.com
if u uploaded then get DIRECT LINK to image later in "reply" u can see icon like picture just click it, paste url and u done =] i hope i helped =]

No, this is a video of the file in action.

Once you have the spinning head, it should be a .gif file, which you can then upload to www.imageshack.com

Then you can embed this in posts using [IMG] tags.
