Too many members + a message and some kind of particle effect when they join a server would be cancerous. If someone cares about your birthday, they'll give you some other form of present, you greedy fuck. As well as the fact that it'd make people that couldn't care less about your birthday, care.

Well. I guess it's not too bad. The only problem I see is if it's over done. If a little whisper comes from an automated system saying "Happy Birthday! Have 1 tc as a present!" that would be perfect. But, particle effects are just stupidly overdone. I mean it's not like your supa god and need the best treatment. I mean, why would anybody abuse 1 tc.

But then it'd be useless coding that'd be there for the fuck of it.
And if only you could see it, it wouldn't even be a public joke, like the @#w#@ command.
