Upload the image to imageshack.com and copy the url of the image and click the insert image thing in the post box.

No , no , no.

When using gimp , go to animation -> spinning globe.
Then wait till it uploaded and save it as a .gif
Then uploaded it to some site.

But i want to upload it to a post when it's spinning (and i know how to make to spin)
