The easiest way to make a head
What the title says.
ok then, what you will need:
paint.NET v3.30 or later
the tutorial is right here
note: for the this pic, remember to uncompress it
and after you did that, Go to the Torishop and purchase a head texture (look under texture).
Go to the Textures section in the Torishop section and upload the processed picture.
BISH BASH BOSH. Done.

Head texture isn't under "Avatars"
It's under "Textures"
You're advising people to buy the wrong thing.
Also, it's not so much a "head creation" guide as a "How to set this program to 128x128 pixels, then how to save your creation" guide. Which isn't very difficult.
