No not exactly, you can download converters and youtube downloaders if you wish, these are just the websites I use.
You can also get the program - Wavosaur, it is a great, lightweight audio editing program for free. It's very easy to cut, and add filters to audio.

First, get the sound file you want, import it into Wavosaur, and cut it, you can zoom in to insanely high amounts to make the Kiai, 100% perfect. then save as .wav, and upload it as a Kiai sound. Make sure the audio file is around 4.50 seconds long. I can also make them for you for only 1000 TC. P.M me.
Thats probably from the video or a glitch, everytime I do it I get it from both ears.
