Every time i log on to Toribash, it says that I dont have whatever write permissions are. I really cant tell what this means. Can someone help me to tell what the heck write permissions are?! I think it has to do with editing the toribash folder, but i am not sure. Please help me.

You changed the properties of the folder/files to read only, or you changed your user account permissions to read only.

Try right-clicking the toribash folder > properties > uncheck Read-Only> Apply/Ok etc.

That is assuming you're on Windows 7.

what if you're on a mac but you still can't write in permssions? Without letting me write on toribash, I can't have my skin/textures and my gradients, etc and my replays.
