personally i think capsing shouldn't be so punishable. i mean saying:

I LOVE THE WORLD AND TORIBASH

is not even as bad as saying:

i love the world and toribash

and please dont ban me for this its just an example.

and another question:
when my account had technical dificulties, i made a new account called blkkk. i sometimes use it too, for other purposes. someone pointed out to me that that could be offensive. i didnt even notice it, i just added a k and it became kkk. so does that mean that im not allowed to use that account anymore?
