Or use judo for this one and set the distance to 400 and the tf to 50:
raise both shoudlers
space
Contract both elbows
space
Contract both pecs
space
Grab, and extend elbows

Here is a move i did to dismember uke's head.

This move could be a little tricky, but i hope it helps.
