You have to buy them in the 250k TC pack, or buy them from someone, that's the only way right now.

What malvado said, the 1000x booster pack also comes with flames. And that's if you want others to see them.

you put your textures in your custom folder ->toribash/custom/yourname.
After that you make the folder only readble not writable.
(press the plus in the upper right corner if that helped you)
