Is this my foult or arn't there anny tuts about how to send a set =P, might sound noob, but im mostly in the head buisness now i make sets to....soo..... wana know =P

Upload the set to a file hosting site, here's a list of some of them, then you can send the file to anyone you want.

There is no recipe to make an avatar/signature, but googling some tutorials might help you. Stop spamming this question everywhere please.
