It's the way you made your account. I think you made your whole name lowered case.

If you only want to change the case of a letter in your username, it costs 5k per letter changed. For example, 'Fish' to 'FISH' costs 15k.

ingame, you can change the case of the letters of typing it when you login, but that's just ingame.

If you're willing to go through and get 5k for a Letter Case change. Go for it, but I recommend making a different account without any mistakes on it. Since you haven't put any work into that account yet.
