I used to do the moves which are in the forum techniques
BUt there are bodyparts (i think) not named with the english description

I understand for example ankles are because i looked in a dictionary for it .

But words like ABS or pecs arent in a dictionary

Can u help me with a description

Abs - There Under ur Lumbar which is under ur chest
Pecs - Tits :P
Arms - Shoulders
Foot - Ankles
Head - Neck

y'know... we don't really use Pecs or Abs or neck, do we? Just a formal way on saying these stuff.

Lets see.

Abs - abdominal muscles.

Pecs - pectoral muscles

Ankles - The joints right above your feet

Ah btw Anubis "arm" refers to the whole thing. i.e. Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist and hand.
