Do someone can help me for I can play with my friend or others persons ?

Did you enter the correct email address when registering ? It's possible that you didn't.

Considering that you've just made a new account, why not make another and use the same email and try again.

Sent you an activation email, please check your spam folder if it isn't in inbox.
Also account activation isn't required to play the game, it's only for posting on forums and downloading files like mods or replays.
