i have it activated but can only see it in replays and if i lp someone else to be me, pls halp

Let's try something obvious but something easy to forget about. Hopefully you're not on some ancient build of Toribash.

Options > Effects> and under General, there are options to see what you've ticked below. Enabled, only on replays, and disabled. If you want everything to persist during the whole game, make sure it's on enabled. A screenshot is below to show what I'm talking about.
