Hi I have a question why earn free tc dosn't work??

What exactly do you mean by "earn free tc"
Do you mean the surveys and such?
Nabi Studios isn't responsible for third parties not getting you the toricredits.
I suggest waiting for a while, and if they don't send you the toricredits, send them a message.
Experience has learnt me that the surveys rarely work, I suggest just giving up on the surveys, and try earning some toricredits the old fashioned way:

No, when you click the "earn free tc" link it says "Surveys are disabled" or something similar.
Right?

just looked it says "Surveys no longer active, sorry"
when you click the "Earn free Toricredits" link in the torishop.
