I'm fairly sure slycooper didn't make his textures, he bought them.

If you want to buy textures your best bet would be looking around the Art/Textures board for a set you like, or posting a request in the Request board.
There are also many texture tutorials in the Tutorials board which you should take a look at if you want to make textures yourself.
