I may be able to help a bit but you must understand that there is no way anyone can make you better and sparring, its all practice, someone can give you tips but your not going to get a perfect kick instantly, someone could tell you the joints to move but then you don't get practise. If you give me a time I may be able tô hop on with you and we can practise
