Hey can i get a tutorial on how to fix mapping problems that occur at the top a head texture. When i make them the shading get screwed up at the top of the head so im just wondering how not just to make the stripe but to be able to shade it as well so that you dont see the funny sqiggle thing.

OK I need a tutorial on how to put textures or images on Gimp 2 so I can start creating textures.Please consider this.

You should just follow a photoshop tutorial, they are very similar. Btw, I recomend photoshop for textures.
