Hey so I'm playing on a map where you have to swing from a bar to a platform, I can do the swing and I can land, but I can seem to keep my balance to keep running any suggestions?

You are landing with your hips too much extended, that makes your body going to the back and makes you falling on your back. You should land with your hips more contracted to keep leaning in front of yourself, keeping your weight in front of yourself and being able to continue running.
