Proceed through each of points until it works
1. open chat, type /opt particles 1
2. open menu, go into setup->options, click on the "effects always on" option.
3. go into your toribash folder, then into 'custom' folder, then into folder with your nick name, find flame.tga file there and delete it.

One of these should work for certain, tell me if they don't.

Waaait, it looks like you don't own a flame and never owned one. In this case it was a bug where your item.dat got corrupted and used some items that were owned by other people, in this case that flame. So generally, the fact that you look the way you look right now means the 'problem' was fixed actually.
