I guess there's no official list for these, so I'll look a few pages of each forum that has tag rules to see the most of the tags...
Market:
[B/Buy] = Self-explanatory.
[S/Sell/Sale/Shop] = Self-explanatory.
[A/AUC/Auction] = Self-explanatory.
[Free] = Self-explanatory.
[R/REQ/Request] = Self-explanatory. In Requests, someone might put something like [Head], [Set] etc.
[QS] = Quick Sale. Often mistaken as QuickSilver.
Art:
[VID] = Video
[IMG] = Image
[Set] = Full set
[SIP] = Set In Progress
[Gallery] = Gallery of pictures.
[WIP] = Work In Progress
[RIG] = Forgot from what RIG was from, but in these threads there are 3D stuff.
There are a lot more tags like [Head], [Sig], [HandDrawn] etc.... They should be self-explanatory.
Mods:
[REL] = Release
[R/REQ/Request] = Self-explanatory.
[WIP] = Work In Progress
Clan discussion:
[DSC] = Discussion
Occasionally you can see some random ones invented by people, but most of those should be self-explanatory.
If not, then the tag will be explained inside the thread.
If not, then you can ask.
EDIT: Also, in Support and Beginner Sanctuary you can see the + signs in front of the thread names... These are not tags, but I think it still should be mentioned that those mean that the question has been answered.
Seek for these threads when trying to find a solution for your problem.
Note: In Beginner Sanctuary, this system was put in effect not so long ago, so you might not find a lot of threads with + on them...
