New release of course, why do you think they stopped working?
They want to make it tradeable and deactivateable.
With this new textures page it can be manadged, im already selling a breast texture.

You can, but it only works on 3.8.
You cant get textures on 3.72 anymore, only for 3.8 due this new texture type.
