Mates... i send the mail to support but nope, its normal ?... mmm i lost all the things on my account, my tcs, my posts, all in the rollback of the hacks... what can i do or simply i lost the hope of get my items back...

Give it some time, [email protected] gets a lot of mails per day, and every one has to be dealt with manually. It can take a few days, sometimes even a week.

I don't think anyone with access to that mail speaks spanish, tho.
