I believe that the best way to avoid loan scammers is to be aware of all their prior debts, paid or unpaid and also the best way to deter someone from loan scamming is to make their debt history widely available for anyone to see at any time. This is why I have decided to compile a list of as many Toribashers debt history as I can to prevent future scams and also to support those who actually do pay back their debts.

This is a work in progress and information will be added regularly, if you have any of your own information to add please leave a post below (ideally with proof if you have it, that is not strictly necessary however) and I will add it too this document.
