It's been 24 hours, and I have not received anything in my inventory (activated or deactivated). I have the receipts, but what I really want to know how much longer will it take for me to get my items?? Thanks for your help

you have to consume the voucher you got in the e-mail.

I think it is because there is no more promoshop. Contact skulfuk about it, or veb or hampa, they will refund you, or manage the situation appropriately

Allright, you should have the pack by now.
The problem was that the tori promo shop was disabled, you cannot buy any more promo's.

Note the lack of the link in the torishop.

In the future please avoid buying from there, because it wont work.
