Ok, i bought a Bump Map Head Item, and i saw some tutorials to make a Bump-Map image, i made this:

But it dosent looks like Bump-Map (3-d), it looks like a normal texture.

So it isnt working or something?

it is your computer, if u got shaders, it will work better, ingame goto Menu>Setup>Optionsand take a look, Bump-Map should be on.

Bumpmaps haven't worked for quite a while now.
All you can do is wait.

In 3.9 beta bumpmaps work with non-shades though, I cant say for sure if it still works on 3.9
