This was a bug I (hopefully) fixed last week. Steve should have all the userids of the people who lost Toricredits in the glitch.
Before you do that... most people were refunded, just nothing showed up on their account history or private messages. Check your balance, and if it's still not what you think it should be... send a PM to steve.
PMing me results in a ban. PM any other staff-member (admin, super-moderator, game-keeper or toriagent) and they will pass the message along.
