i was changing my window size in toribash and i made it to small so i cant see the thins to change the screen back

Try re-opening it.

Or re-installing it, that happened to me once, re-opening it didn't help for me.

Yeah, resizing the toribash screen isn't a good idea, especially in 3.8 and earlier. The mouse pointer tends to become unsynced and the screen can disappear. Try making a link to Toribash on your desktop, then right click on it, click on properties, and under the "shortcut" tab, set window size to maximised.
