how do i change match frames?

You can op someone only when you are an operator yourself.
To do it, type /op "name" in the chat line.
To change match frames, type /mf "number". For turn frames it's /tf.

/mf (number doesnt work):

You have to type

/reset

After changing any setting

It takes effect after current match ends, or you can type /reset like Marc said.

ummmm or just go into setup game rules then change it from there and as for op click someones name then right click there name and it will coem up with a list...simple=)
