Make a new document, any size you want but it must be a square.

Then goto 3D>NEW SHAPE FROM LAYER> SPHERE













ANY QUESTIONS ASK ME

NOTES: The gray is because of the lighting, youll get use to it ;P

what is the point for the sphere?

Um so you can draw eveything on the sphere so you know where everything is, without mistakes and more accurately.
But the pros dont need that but still help ful.

Constantly switching between the two to if everything is in place is good too.
