HOW TO RUN. Ninja Style
Hello Fellow Players

Today I will teach you how to run, "ninja style".

This tutorial will be done assuming you are playing in xspar.

Lets Begin.

Hold all joints (Press C)
Contract both hips.
Contract abs.

Skip 20 frames.

Extend both hips.
Relax both elbows.

Skip 20 frames.

Contract right hip
Relax right knee

Skip 20 frames.


Extend right Hip
Contract left Hip
Relax Left Knee

Space

Extend right Knee.
Contract right ankle.

Space

Extend left Knee.
Contract left ankle.
Extend right ankle.
