It does not work, I made left biceps texture and named it: l_biceps.tga
then copied to the correct folder and I did not appear

I'm using Tbash 3.65, and i've got my trails saved in the <name> folder, .tga format, read only, uncompressed, yet it still won't work. AND i don't understand what you mean when you say 'make a fake player folder and then use it when you run toribash'
