1)First of all, you need tc or items to give to the winners.
2)Make a room, and set it.
3)Invite people, something like make a thread in events or ingame.
4)Wait for people.
5)Mute all and say the rules.
6)Type /ko 1 to activate knockout
7)Wait to the end of the tourney.
8)Send the prizes.
