Well, after hours and literally hours of editing/research/coca-cola, I've found every item, and body part's editable colors.

So, as follows:

HOW TO EDIT:
First, open the replay you would like to edit with notepad.
Now, find the part that says:

ITEM 0; 0 0 0 0 0
BODCOL 0; 0 0 1 0 2 0 3 0 4 0 5 0 6 0 7 0 8 0 9 0 10 0 11 0 12 0 13 0 14 0 15 0 16 0 17 0 18 0 19 0 20 0

This is what you will you be editing.


Now, take a look at the bolded numbers:

BODCOL 0; 0 0 1 0 2 0 3 0 4 0 5 0 6 0 7 0 8 0 9 0 10 0 11 0 12 0 13 0 14 0 15 0 16 0 17 0 18 0 19 0 20 0

Each one of those bolded numbers corresponds to a body part.
A list of each body part follows:

Body Parts:

0 = Head
1 = Breast
2 = Chest
3 = Stomach
4 = Groin
5 = Right Axilla
6 = Right RearArm/Biceps
7 = Right ForeArm/Triceps
8 = Left Axilla
9 = Left RearArm/Biceps
10 = Left ForeArm/Triceps
11 = Right Hand
12 = Left Hand
13 = Unknown
14 = Unknown
15 = Right Thigh
16 = Left Thigh
17 = Left Leg (Lower Leg)
18 = Right Leg (Lower Leg)
19 = Left Foot
20 = Right Foot

Now, to set a color value to these body parts, find the body part you would like to colorize, and look at the number to the right of it:

BODCOL 0; 0 0 1 0 2 0 etc...

Change the 0 to whatever color you want.

To edit joint/blood colors, take a look at the line:
ITEM 0; 0 0 0 0 0

The 1st 0 is blood color, the 2nd is in-game force color, the 3rd 0 is relax color, the 4th 0 is in-replay joint color, and the 5th is dq color.
