all my other textures have uploaded.
I tried uploading my head texture (which did upload as a head), and it didnt change to that either...

if it's black and white image, you need to add a dot of slight color, like a dot of (254,255,255) where it's white
Details would be helpful. As in, did you upload the file as an uncompressed 24bit .TGA? How long have you waited for the new preview to appear? You should wait at least a day.
