I've played with a few players who open up multiple Toribash windows, log in to each, and join a roomm so they would not have to wait as long as the rest to fight, there would be 2 or more of the same usernames and it would all be the same person, in other cases it would just be a person who had lost connection and the room hadn't realized, but in others the player would boast about not having to wait as long as a spectator, could something be done to prevent this please? Thanks.

There's already something to do.
That's called double-clienting, which may lead to farming.
When you find someone doing that, contact an admin/ToriAgent as soon as you can so they can warn/ban them.
