My account was working fine a couple of days ago. The game will start fine but when I go to Multiplayer it tells me my login failed. I Sign in with Apple ID. I seen someone else had this problem but no one said what fixed it. I really don’t want to make a new account again. This has happened like 3 times.

Hi, please try logging out of your account and then logging in again either using your Apple ID or the account password.

Yeah I have tried to multiple times. It’s not even letting me collect the daily rewards.

Says I’m greylisted and that I should check my email. I have nothing there. Went to delete the account and make a new one but I can’t because my Apple ID is linked to the old one. This is getting really old this will be my 4th account in the last year because this problem persists. If I can even get it fixed.

Hmm, looks like there has been an issue with properly storing your credentials in relation to your Apple ID which has affected a few more accounts created shortly after the iOS version rollout.
Here are the options we can go with:

• If you do know your password but just can't log in with Apple ID in game, please try setting a new one here: https://forum.toribash.com/profile.php?do=editpassword. This will update the Apple ID link and should make it possible for you to sign in that way.
• Alternatively, I can reset your account's password for you manually and PM it to you - this way you'll be able to sign in with Apple ID in your game client and then access your new password to use for web browser / desktop client from your Messages in game. After that, you can always do the first option as well just to make sure nobody else knows your password.

We can also delete your account if that's what you wish but please keep in mind that you'd lose your Qi and any items left on it.



I see the other accounts that you've made since 2023 but only this one has an Apple ID linked to it.
