yea, think of it, with thousands of users that have items, it will take time to update all of the users' achievements

true, so far the only accurate acheivement i have for my items is my full pure.

Looks as if only hampa, veb, and Skulfuk have received these acheivements.
Don't worry, you're not missing out on anything yet.
