Move tutorial (Aikido kick)
Easy move to learn here are the steps:
Extend one of your entire legs , preferably one that your use to balenceing with ( I find it easier to do it with my left and contract with my right)
Contract the other legs knee/hip and extend the ankle
Left rotate the chest, then contract your right/left arm , and with the opposite shoulder, raise it
wait for the turn to end and extend your contracted knee, don't worry if you run out of time first around , just do the legs first , then do your arms and shoulder.
Beware this isn't a (Pro) move, only a simple one to get you started , or just something to try out on free play.
