I specifically bought the Demon Relax for $16, it's not showing up in my deactivated. Help?

Check your deactivated again. It's there. Sometimes it takes a bit longer when you buy it with money instead of TC. In the future, I would suggest waiting a bit longer to see if the item spawns for you, if not (within a reasonable amount of time), then contact support.

next time wait 24h and if the item didn't show up contact admins

Next time please don't keep replying to a solved thread, Heat and Goat already had covered everything (actually Heat had already).
