If your having hard time in parkour Ill test you out and btw you should hold/relax your joints

You just dont do parkour no no no

you must learn how to do a relaxed run!
then you must learn how to do corks and flips while you run!
and lastly you must make them flow all together in a parkour mod and BAM parkour

btw i hold and relax joins ;O, just it's hard to me run and jump, and do those things without fall, i can't recovery when i fall, and if i can it's pretty hard to me :/
