I found out that after making any ingame purchase via iOS version you don't get anything (also no money charged) but it gives you 5 toricredits pretty much every time you authorize a purchase. I did it 3 times and got 15 tc. Not sure if thats a bug or anything, just letting you know.

Are you playing on a TestFlight build? It uses sandbox environment for purchases which would work this way.
