I had to change my graphic to a worse one
now I can't play the game normally
I get a lot of lags and that kinda sux =(
I lowered all of the graphical things in the options
but its still lagging
I would like to know if there's a way to make it even lower
or maybe a lighter version ... (?)

You mean shaders? if you have shaders on, taking them off should make it run faster. If you don't have shaders on, try just not running as many things when playing toribash.

Hmmmm.. I think he has shaders but it's lagging. I heard of something with the auto update lagging toribash like hell before. Maybe that's it.

and there are not a lot of programs running

Dig around in your graphics card's settings, there's more than likely some options for OpenGL quality. At best you'll only gain a few fps, but it's better than nothing.
