this isnt the account i need it for but i just downloaded this game and was trying to log in but it wasnt working so i got on the forums and it went through but no email will go threw to get it reset. is there anyway this can be fixed or am i lost out of that account for good cause i really dont want to lose it

Contact an admin. They will check things out for you. They can surely check weather or not the account is yours, etc. Admins can do things for you.

Make sure you use the email you used specifically with that account. It may also take some time for the password reset to be sent.
