User Interface Suggestion.
Perhaps the muscle controls could be moved from the actual player model to a sidebar, a bit like in this Maya rig.

How many times have you tried to unclick one of your hands, only to find this leaves the other hand inside the hand you just unclicked, and therefore unclickable? Also, when two fighters get tangled up, sometimes it's difficult to find the body part you want to click on. It's even confusing as to whose body part is whose. Kinda like gay sex.

Anyway, this would solve all those problems. Just sayin'.

Thats a common suggestion I get

It might get added to a future release.

The interlocked hands problem you can temporarily solve by selecting the wrist then using the 'l' key to toggle gripping.
