it depends on how big the original flat image is, do 128 by 128 for a size like genx's

Simply put it into your Custom folder found in Toribash 3.3->custom->*Yourname*-> Past ur head in their dont forget needs to be tga 128x128 Unchecked Compression and wala only u can see it =)

oh yea and genX are those missing Pieces colored Black? cause if so i was having same Problem haha I just recolerd those pieces and it came out fine But honestly that head looks Awesome with pieces missing =)

i already knew that ... i just meant too bad cant use in game as in others cant see it in game lol ...
