So, I go to my signature, and I highlight what I have. I click on the color box, and a small, small, small box that is only white pops up. I click on it, but it makes my signature a strange Red (which is what it is now). It doesn't allow me to use any other colors. Does it have to do with not having VIP or something? Or is it a glitch?

Yes, what you mean is most likely a glitch with color palette pop-up. You can just use text where X is name of color in english, or it's hexadecimal code (google: hex colors).

Other workaround is use the quick post feature, the palette works in these, you can prepare the code in quick reply mode and just copypaste it into your sig.
